Oua rosii, drob de miel, friptura, pasca, salata de boeuf, sarmale, cozonac si iepurasi de ciocolata... doar cateva din delicatesele care se vor afla pe masa de Paste. Si totusi, sarbatoarea de Paste aduce deseori cu ea, nu doar bucurie in suflet, si diverse afectiuni ale sistemului digestiv: indigestie, balonare, constipatie si multe alte probleme. Cauza acestora este mancarea in cantitati mari si grasimile. Pentru a preveni toate aceste afectiuni, iata cateva sfaturi care iti vor aduce pe masa de Paste mancare sanatoasa si gustoasa.</em>

Bucate alese, familia alaturi, odihna si implinirea sufleteasca sunt cateva dintre aspectele care caracterizeaza una dintre cele mai frumoase sarbatori ale anului. Si pentru ca simbolul Pastelui este reprezentat de ouale rosii, trebuie sa stim totul despre ele. </em>

Acestea contin nutrienti indispensabili organismului – acizii grasi esentiali omega 3, 6 si 9 (in proportii variabile) – si o bogata rezerva de vitamina E. Tot mai multe persoane sunt interesate de produsele organice si, in ciuda faptul ca sunt mai costisitoare decat cele obisnuite, incerca sa le consume tot mai mult, inlocuind produsele pline de aditivi, conservanti sau coloranti. Si pentru ca sanatatea noastra depinde, in mare masura, de ceea ce mancam, voi face o mica „dezbatere” in favoarea produselor bio si eco.</em>
