Oua rosii, drob de miel, friptura, pasca, salata de boeuf, sarmale, cozonac si iepurasi de ciocolata... doar cateva din delicatesele care se vor afla pe masa de Paste. Si totusi, sarbatoarea de Paste aduce deseori cu ea, nu doar bucurie in suflet, si diverse afectiuni ale sistemului digestiv: indigestie, balonare, constipatie si multe alte probleme. Cauza acestora este mancarea in cantitati mari si grasimile. Pentru a preveni toate aceste afectiuni, iata cateva sfaturi care iti vor aduce pe masa de Paste mancare sanatoasa si gustoasa.</em>

Tot mai multe persoane sunt interesate de produsele organice si, in ciuda faptul ca sunt mai costisitoare decat cele obisnuite, incerca sa le consume tot mai mult, inlocuind produsele pline de aditivi, conservanti sau coloranti. Si pentru ca sanatatea noastra depinde, in mare masura, de ceea ce mancam, voi face o mica „dezbatere” in favoarea produselor bio si eco.</em>

Dincolo de moft, moda sau ratiuni pur estetice, studii stiintifice fundamentate, exemple de netagaduit ale unor grupuri semnificative de oameni ce urmeaza un astfel de regim, recuperari miraculoase si chiar exemple individuale celebre, investesc acest mod de viata cu calitati de exceptie, situandu-l mult peste alimentatia bazata pe carne.

Odata cu primavara isi fac aparitia si primele legume si fructe proaspete. Este momentul sa te organizezi si sa iti faci un plan de bataie pentru a radia de frumusete si sanatate.  Cu alte cuvinte, trebuie sa incepi sa tii o dieta de detoxifiere pentru a capata o silueta mai supla, un aspect proaspat si plin de viata. Pentru a face cea mai buna alegere in privinta dietei de detoxifiere a organismului iti voi prezenta o serie de alimente minune, pe care trebuie sa le consumi din abundenta pentru a elimina toate toxinele din organism.</em>
