Bucate alese, familia alaturi, odihna si implinirea sufleteasca sunt cateva dintre aspectele care caracterizeaza una dintre cele mai frumoase sarbatori ale anului. Si pentru ca simbolul Pastelui este reprezentat de ouale rosii, trebuie sa stim totul despre ele. </em>

Acestea contin nutrienti indispensabili organismului – acizii grasi esentiali omega 3, 6 si 9 (in proportii variabile) – si o bogata rezerva de vitamina E. De aceea, este bine sa alternezi consumul acestor importante suplimente de gust si sanatate, alegand din larga oferta disponibila noi uleiuri cu proprietati curative.</em><br />

Desi stim bine acest lucru, majoritatea dintre noi sarim peste prima masa din zi sau mancam ceva in graba, in masina sau in metrou, in drum spre serviciu. Este mult mai comod sa rontaim cativa covrigi sau sa mancam un corn cu ciocolata decat sa stam si sa pregatim o masa ca la carte. Organismul nostru trebuie hranit asa cum se cuvine in fiecare dimineata deoarece doar asa putem fi sanatosi si plini de energie!]]></description>
