In timpul somnului, corpul uman trebuie sa-si relaxeze musculatura iar sistemul nervos, imunitar si osos trebuie sa se refaca dupa o zi incarcata de stres si tensiune. Pentru a ne recapata energia necesara trebuie sa beneficiem de un somn odihnitor, pe o saltea care sa avantajeze coloana si articulatiile. </em>]]></description>

Dureros de trist dar adevarat, inconstienta sau nepasarea contribuie foarte mult la descoperirea bolii mult prea tarziu. Stresul, mancatul pe fuga, alimentele bogate in grasimi si toxine, cantitatea de acid gastric din stomac, consumul insuficient de lichide, conduc catre o digestie grea, urmata apoi de constipatie si balonare. Pentru a avea o digestie usoara, trebuie sa urmam cateva reguli. </em>

Tuturor ne plac dintii albi si sanatosi, precum ai vedetelor de la Hollywood. Pentru a avea insa acest zambet de invidiat, trebuie sa acorzi o atentie deosebita ingrijirii zilnice a dintilor tai. Pe langa controlul obligatoriu la medicul stomatolog, poti realiza si tu cateva trucuri pentru albirea dintilor, in propria locuinta! In plus, un proces de albire foarte des la cabinetul medical, te va costa nu doar bani ci si pierderea smaltului dentar. Iata cum poti preveni aceste probleme.</em>
