Atunci cand lucrezi trebuie sa ai grija sa tonifici intregul corp, discrepantele evidente fiind neplacute si usor sesizabile. Si niste brate care “atarna” nu sunt deloc feminine sau atragatoare. Asadar, daca nu ai facut-o inca, iti propunem 7 exercitii usoare pe care sa le introduci in programul tau de intretinere. Nu te teme ca bratele tale vor deveni dizgratioase, mult prea musculoase sau masculine. Realizand aceste exercitii vei obtine numai niste brate frumos conturate si tonifiate. </em>

Sanii sunt alcatuiti din fibre elastice si tesut adipos (grasime) si sunt lipsiti de muschi proprii, de aceea este foarte important sa lucram muschii pectorali, de sustinere. Si chiar daca masura la sutien nu va creste cu cateva numere, sanii fermi, tari, “obraznici” si bine conturati sunt mult mai atragatori decat niste sani lasati, flasci, indiferent de dimensiunile lor. Iar pentru fericitele cu sani generosi aceste exercitii sunt la fel de utile, intrucat, odata cu varsta, acestia sunt mult mai expusi actiunii fortei gravitationale. </em><em> </em>

Pentru a atrage privirile si pentru a te simti bine in pielea ta este nevoie insa si de putina miscare. Deoarece posteriorul este una dintre cele mai vulnerabile parti ale corpului, in ceea ce priveste aparitia celulitei, iti sugeram sa faci zilnic, timp de 15 minute, cateva exercitii simple pentru a readuce fermitate funduletului tau. Succes!</em>

Nimic mai simplu! Daca te preocupa felul in care vei arata in rochia cea noua, cumparata special pentru Revelion, fa-ti un program zilnic de abdomene la domiciliu. Urmeaza-l cu strictete, nu trisa in realizarea exercitiilor, si vei vedea ca rezultatele vor incepe sa apara foarte curand.</em>
