Mai mult, chiar daca ai facut sau nu miscare inainte de aparitia burticii, acum este cazul sa te preocupi cu mai multa atentie de acest aspect. </em>

In cele 9 luni femeia se transforma atat fizic cat si psihic. Totalitatea reactiilor si activitatilor sale se vor rasfrange asupra sanatatii viitorului bebe si asupra sanatatii sale. Pentru a face fata cu bine unei sarcini, viitoarea mamica trebuie sa mentina un echilibru intre alimentatie, sport si relaxare. Echilibrul intre cele trei aspecte mentionate mai sus o vor ajuta sa parcurga cele 9 luni cu zambetul pe buze, sa accepte cu seninatate kilogramele in plus, sa se simta mai frumoasa ca niciodata si sa fie pregatita pentru a-si intampina micutul. </em><br />

<em>Daca doresti sa afli toate secretele unei sarcini reusite si sanatoase, te invitam sa citesti si, daca este cazul, sa pui in practica sfaturile noastre!</em>

De aceea, iti repetam indemnul de a face un antrenament zilnic de mica intensitate, nu foarte solicitant, dar extrem de util. Si pentru ca cel mai bine este sa ai "acceptul" unui kinetoterapeut, iti propunem cateva seturi de exercitii testate si garantate de specialistul nostru.]]></description>

Trebuie sa stii ca acesta poate fi folosit si in perioada sarcinii, exercitiile realizate cu ajutorul lui intarindu-ti  musculatura fesiera si tonificandu-ti muschii picioarelor. Nu uita ca exercitiile se pot realiza doar la recomandarea si sub supravegherea unui kinetoterapeut.]]></description>
