Indiferent de varsta sau de sex, sportul trebuie sa faca parte din viata ta. Chiar daca nu mergi la o sala sau daca nu faci parte dintr-un club sportiv, poti face miscare in diferite moduri: la tine acasa, in parc sau in week-end cu prietenii. Specialistii recomanda cel putin 30 de minute, zilnic,  de miscare. Ei bine, daca vrei sa-ti prelungesti viata si sa eviti problemele de sanatate, nu trebuie sa-ti alegi doar un sport pe care sa il practici ci si un echipament sportiv adecvat.</em>]]></description>

Ti-am prezentat si am incercat sa te convingem cat de benefic este SPA-ul pentru frumusetea si sanatatea ta. Astazi ne vom indrepta atentia asupra altei zone de relaxare din Clubul mai sus mentionat, si anume zona de masaj. Te vom invata cat de mult conteaza si cat de mult ajuta o sedinta de masaj sa te simti cea mai importanta femeie din lume.</em>

Mai mult, chiar daca ai facut sau nu miscare inainte de aparitia burticii, acum este cazul sa te preocupi cu mai multa atentie de acest aspect. </em>
